I called them at 2:54 and did not leave a message. They called me back at 2:55 and I told them that I did not make this purchase and I better not be charged this amount. They told me I would not be charged since I called them the same day I received this email. They told me this matter could be resolved when I logged into my computer. I was not home at the time and they told me that's not a problem and they would call me back later in the evening.
They called me and told me to download "Teamviewer" and this issue could be resolved. I asked why I had to do this and I could not get an answer. They told me to give them the username and password that came up on "Teamviewer", but the password kept going away on the computer. After 38 minutes and 6 seconds we hung up and they said they would call me back at 3:00 today (May 19, 2021). They did not call me until 3:45. I did not answer the phone.
A few minutes later the email was deleted from my account. When they called me, the phone number came up as New York.
I never gave them any of my personal information. They stressed I should get an Internet provider then my computer would be faster. I told them no I will not and that my Hotspot is fine.
