My parents keep receiving messages and phone calls from an Asian man named David Cooper. He claims my parents have a contract with the company and that he must access the computer to give a reimbursement because the company is closing. Here are the instructions he rendered: Hold the windows button down and press the letter R,

hit run,

click yes,

Then it asks for you to hit yes again which will give access to the computer, all files, memory... He was successful one time and there have been problems with the computers since that time.

He will continue to call back at varying times to try and catch one of my elderly parents instead of me.
