Received an email from what I thought was my laptop's old security antivirus software. It was for a yearly renewal for a large amount of money. I do not use this product so I called the number on the bottom of the email to cancel. They had me believe I was speaking to Microsoft. They said they would refund the money but first I had to go to a website on my laptop to do so. I went through a few steps, answered a few questions (nothing personal), and then they asked me to go into my bank account to verify or accept that the transaction had taken place. I thought this was odd but I logged into my account not knowing they were there to pounce on it once I was in. My screen went blue and I could see my mouse moving around. Then I knew I was in trouble. Totally my fault for letting it get that far and so upset with myself for letting it happen. Now I'm going through the process of shutting down my account, getting a new one, etc.
