After calling the number some given above, the hackers identified themselves as Microsoft security team, working to help resolve customers problems. Using Team Viewer they ask for access to my computer to remove the hackers IP addresses. They then showed the
IP addresses of hackers from Nigeria and Mexico. Then proceed to remove them and show you its removed. Later they called to say two of the hackers returned to my computer. It is now they asked for help to "catch" the hackers. They ask to buy some gift cards namely Google Play and Sephora.to pay for their services. Slowly they will ask for credit card info to help them track my IP users. Meantime they open online banking with the credit cards with their username and password. From there they use the RIA and others online transfer funds from my credit card. By the time I contact the credit card company to report fraud and cancel card the damage is done, cash tranfers to almost the card limit. They try this on more credit cards using the same way. Then they give some phony Microsoft confirmed cash transfer number that you will be repaid by Microsoft to my cards. This is just a fake, even the pictures sent. They try to gat cash transfers at the same time. Using Microsoft name they must work without disclosing work ID, pictures or anything. Always assuring they are well paid and there to help you. They put a target for my total cash transfers before Microsoft will release to repay me. They try to show blurred pictures from Wells Fargo with my name showing money to be repaid on reaching my target.
