A pop up appeared on my new laptop with an error message that said to remove this call the following number. After trying to trouble shoot, they said that they could provide assistance for $199 or $289 unlimited but couldn't help remove the pop up without that. We refused. Seems like a computer virus that freezes your computer such that you have to call a number to have them tap in to your network and remove it.
