received a message on computer that computer was locked. It caught me at a weak imoment and even though I know better I called number. Person was on phone for a long time and said they could fix problem and would call back next day 05/12/2023 but I didn't answer the call. I looked up number and it is shown as belonging to Century Tel.Central Wisconsin LLC DBA Century Link. Name given was Myra Vont Badge #MS3748. I am sure this is a scam to use as method for purchasing plan from them. they represented themselves as being Microsoft employee which is not the case.
