They were impersonators, they scammed me and tricked me. They send a flashing light message on my laptop asking me to call them on phone number 855-390-0680 because my computer was hacked and access is disabled for security reasons. A female represented as Microsoft

engineer and 3 males acted as three different Banks. They promised to fix any computer viruses hackers did on my computer, clear my name from child pornography hackers used, clear my name from FBI, all bank money I own will be kept out of my account before hackers got them and all will be done safely and securely and immediately while staying on the phone with them. They zero out my Key Bank balance $13,000 and Chase Bank $2,800

I answered my phone he said he was with Microsoft Windows and my card will be charged $399.00 unless i cancel. I told him I don't remember doing this since now I don't have a computer working. I told him I want to cancel and he told me to go online to fill out the form while he was on the phone. Again, I told him I didn't have a working computer he then said, I could go on my smartphone to go to the form. I told him my phone wouldn't allow me to do that while I was talking to him on the phone. He said, if I do this my credit card would be credited $299.00 I told him just give me the website , email and I would look at it once I hung up with him. He then hung up on me. I called him back he picked up the phone and hung up again. I called again and now he doesn't answer at all.

Voice message left on my phone stating that my Mirco soft Windows was going to be shut down and I had to call ASAP - 1-855-744-6999.

I called the number from another phone - explained the message - the man (Indian accent) started his speech - - I stopped him and said I have no computer for Windows to shut down. He said he would take me off their list (never asking my name nor my telephone number).
