Rental agreement from MidasRealtors.com sent, signed and rental money requested wired from bank. Signed rental agreement was never signed by owner of apt, thus application indicated deposit was refundable as requested by person intended to rent. No return, no contact from manager of property. Contact info had disconnected phone. I lost $5400.
