[email protected] and was told that I was going to mediation. When contacted again, the company left a voicemail stating that they would be coming to my employer to serve me with papers. When contacted again I asked for a case number of the case I'd be served with, the county, a validation notice, the original contract I allegedly signed, the company's phone number, address, website, and email. I was given the website and when I pulled it up it showed to just have been opened 8 months ago. Then I asked the woman on the phone for their professional license number, she then put me on hold for 15 minutes and picked up and said they are closing my account and are going to send it back to the lender. This account never existed.
