Early this year, January 2022, I saw an advertisement come up on my Facebook page for a company selling dahlia tubers. At the time, I was looking to increase my dahlia garden this summer so I decided to check out their website because they had some decent reviews on their recent posts. Their prices seemed super reasonable for tubers. I placed an order for 8 tubers. Total of $84.55. I received an email confirmation order with the approximate shipping between March 15 and April 30, 2022. This is usually normal for plant material since they could freeze if shipped during the winter months. Mid-March came with no update on shipping. April came with no update. May came and I finally received an update on shipping. They explained that they were short staffed/behind on getting orders out and that if we placed an order early this year, our order would arrive mid-late May/early June. I understood. Early June came and I noticed on their Facebook page, people were complaining. Customers that ordered last year in fall 2021 still had not received their order. I decided to send them an email around June 8 asking about an update and if they couldn't send my order I would like a refund. It is now the end of June and I have not received an email back from them or heard anything about my order/shipping/tracking, etc. I'm assuming I've just lost my money and I will never receive my tubers. I have a claim open with PayPal to investigate and try to get my money back. I wanted to share this because I know I'm not the only one that went through this with this company and some people spend thousands on their website. Stay away!!

Paid $159 For dahlia tubers on Dec 13, 2021 to be delivered mid April. As of June 2, 2022, no delivery of my tubers. Website taken down. Telephone number does not work.
