We had been attempting to buy a new puppy online. The "breeder" was going to be shipping the puppy through this company. After experiencing several non-existing delays, the company then asked us to pay a $290 fee through Western Union to cover the cost of caring for the puppy. Here's how their address appears on their website (definitely a FRAUD):
