Ordered a 65 piece flatware set advertised on their website (Mikasa.com) and they informed me that it would be delivered by the 25th of December if expedited shipping of 49.95 was paid on the 20th of December. I received an email that the order was being shipped on the 21st via UPS Overnight for delivery on the 22nd. When I checked the UPS tracking, the label had been printed but not shipped. I checked again on the 22nd and it still had not shipped. I emailed Mikasa customer service and told them to cancel the order as it had not shipped in time. I received an email back that it had shipped and they could not cancel the order. I delayed travel plans to receive the shipment on the 24th when it was delivered. Upon inspection of the delivery, I found that they did not ship what was ordered, instead sending a substandard substitute as well as a service for 8 instead of the service for 12 ordered. On researching the item received, It was found selling for 25 percent of what I ordered.
