We get to town and looked at the car and there were some issues. The back glass is broken and the car has a some dents and it appeared to be leaking when looking under the car and the seat was more than just torn a little bit. It needs brakes and rotors as well. Next morning at 10:30 A.M. she finally shows up to let us look at the car. She took a few minutes to find the key and a BATTERY JUMPER BOX to jump start the car. That was NOT disclosed it needed a battery. My dad drove it around their back lot. He came in and said it had a code for radio on. She said oh you can take it and hook it up to diagnostic machine at any auto store. I was on the phone with AutoZone pricing a battery and man I was talking to told me they did have a tester to come down and hook it up and get a battery. Quote $113.00 for battery. Alexis told the owner and he would only give $50.00 on battery. I told her I was going to go for a drive and see how it did on the highway. She was in such a hurry she did not have time for me to wait to test drive the car and go get the battery and have it hooked up to the tester. I advised her that there was already enough of false advertisement I was absolutely going to take it for a drive. I'm not spending this kind of money on vehicle and it not run the way they said it did. I get on the highway and a light comes on. After getting back to location I told my dad about the light. He had not seen it. The car was Hot and Overheating. I got the manual out and started looking at it. She got her phone out and showed me the EXACT light that was on. (But she does not KNOW ANYTHING about the car but knows EVERYTHING works as should.) NEXT was to see how the convertible worked. It was messed up got my arm caught in the top and glass as I was trying to HELP get it down and have a huge gash in my right arm. Leaves were flying out of it and it was clearly not working right. I was so upset. All the lady could say was I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CAR. She was sorry and let's get the paperwork done. I asked her were Mike was to help! She advised all of her people were in Dallas at auction. They knew my situation and they took my money knowing the car was a piece of junk and REFUSED to give me my money back. Also while we were there a lady and her husband were looking for a Honda and they drove in from out of town. Alexis said who sent you today no one is here on Sundays. They said Nick. She acted like she did not know a Nick. she said you are more than welcome to go out there and see what they have but no one will be there until the next day. They said ma'am we were told to come today. I believe that these people are scamming for money. On the description it also says CASH ONLY! I have all the messages and proof. I nicely sent Mike a message the next day requesting my money back. He said he did not understand why. It was NON-REFUNDABLE. I told him that it was FALSE advertisement and he knew it. He stopped responding. I do not want anyone else to get SCAMMED. Thank You for reading. It will not let me upload more photos but this is the AD as seen below.

I also had a call yesterday from a guy calling himself Mike (his number is 1-773-830-1978) telling me he runs an auction and has buyers waiting to buy my motorhome for more than asking price. He wants $1000.00 up front. When i said no he reduced his fees to $500.00. I told him i would sign an agreement to pay him $10,000.00 once deal was completed and I had money in my account. He refused and got very upset. He said to me do you think i am a liar and i said yes and that he was scamming people out of their hard earned money. He said a few choice words and hung the phone up. I never tried phoning his number. He also told me he was working with an online auction called EBID.NET which I tried to start up an account and put my motorhome up for auction. They charged $35.00 to my visa. Once i completed my add i could not access my account anymore. EBID now asked me for more security info as they called it. They wanted me to send a copy of my passport, driver's license, bank account etc etc. i did not give them anything! I believe i got ripped off for the $35.00. I am not sure if Ebid .net is part of the scam or this Mike Guy is just using their name and website to try to get personal info. I have another email from Ebid.Net if you wish to read it.
i also have had two other text messages from people asking if we still have motorhome for sale? if so please email my wife *** at so and so email address. The other text said to email to my wife *** at so and so email address. I didn't answer either one.
