This company required a deposit of $2183 to reserve our spot. They also offered free storage for 60 days until the move date. When they came to get our things to take to storage, the driver demanded another deposit and stated he was taking our things to the new state and not to storage. This is not what was agreed upon. We sent him away and asked for a refund. We were assured by Joe that we would receive a full refund. Not one penny was refunded to us. Not one cent. We reported them to the Sheriff and our bank as fraud. Do not use this company. He lied to us and told us he was accredited, which is not true!
