I applied for a loan and they ask me options like insurance if i was not to pay the loan back, so i said i'll buy insurance, so the papers were all prepared and singed and sent back and then i was ask to pay the insurance up front and that was a total of 2850$ so i did and then ones more a differnt number call and she explained how it work that i had to put down 5K and after 6 month i would get all of it back, and then i started to get frustrated about it, so i told them i woud see what i could afford, and then after a few hours i tryed to call them back but all the numbers were out of service, oh my gosh it was bad,

I filled out an online loan application and within a day I got and email notifying me that I was approved and to please call them to finish the process. I was then instructed that I would need to put up front 1450.00 to secure the loan and that as soon as they had there money then the funds would be deposited in my account within an hour or 2. After some hesitation and the with the desperation I was feeling I went ahead with the e-transfer and called them back and let them know it was on its way. I was reassured that the money was going to be released to me within 2 hours. nothing showed up so I called the 1800 number again and was told that his supervisor was about to call me to finish verifying my information. when I got that call I was instructed to pay another1450.00 because the third party lender wanted it to be a full secure loan not a partial secure and was then told I would receive that money back in 3 days. I got off the phone and then spoke to the first guy who emailed me and he apologized and said he was furious and gonna see what he could do but it was getting late and couldn't do anything that night. The next morning I got a phone call from a so called share holder who wanted to finalize the loan and said he was gonna help me out by knocking the amount down to an additional 1000.00 and he would cover the 450.00. he asked me to e transfer that money right away and my loan would be in my account by 1:00 pm. I called back the first guy again and asked him what was going on and he said to give him an hour and he would find out for me I then proceeded to ask him if this was really a legit business and he got a bit upset with me as I let him know that it is against the law in Canada to ask for money upfront for a loan (finally did some research but I was desperate at this point) he said no it wasn't and as soon as I mentioned to him how I spoke to a lawyer he yelled at me that I shouldn't be talking to anyone and they don't know what they are talking about. he calmed down and said he would get back to me asap with answers and I never heard from him again phone goes straight to voicemail.
