The scam is about selling books to help students achieve points of something like that to help them with travel and their education or something like that. It is said that the books that you purchase could be donated to children or sent to your home. After I purchased some books, I paid the amount in cash and filled out a form of sorts for some information. That's it in a nutshell. I felt like it was a scam but I was naive and wanted to give the kid the benefit of the doubt as it looked liked he needed help. Afterwards I wasn't even given a receipt. Now I have been mailed an invoice saying I owe $29.95 which I don't. I don't owe anything. Rather I was taken advantage of. Also the "invoice" that was sent was incorrect as I got 3 books, but the invoice only has one.
