Offered a free watch at the end of part of a survey and just had me pay the shipping and handling cost. The watch came but wasn't great so I didn't really think much of it. The next month another watch came and I noticed that in addition to the shipping and handling I had paid I now had 2 charges for $*** from Miltano Looks. I was not at all happy seeing this so I called them and asked what had happened. They told me that I had agreed to a subscription for 3 watches and I explicitly told them that I did not want the second watch and surely did not want the third so I asked what I had to do to get a refund for the second watch and asked to be unsubscribed so I would not be charged for the third. Now I was very explicit and told the associate multiple times that I wanted unsubscribed and he said he understood and was supposed to send me packaging to return the second watch for my refund. I never received the return envelope and even went as far as having my bank block any further drafts from my account from them. So now this month I open my mail and there is the third watch that I EXPLICITLY told them multiple times that I did not want and look at my account and there is another $*** charge but this time from another company. These people are simply ruthless scammers that lock you into a subscription that you don't want and do not allow you to break and it's a shame that people are even allowed to operate this way. DO NOT under any circumstances deal with Miltano Looks YOU'LL JUST BE RIPPED OFF.
