I ordered an outfit from a website i found on ig. I've had bad experiences with ig boutiques but i thought to support. I received shipping confirmation on 1/19, there had been no movement since. I reached out to the seller she said there was an issue with the address. She confirmed that she would send it out again. I reached out for shipping updates 3 times, no response. I reached out the next day and was given the run around
