I paid for a package of Vitamin C infusions. I was clear to ensure they did not have any additives and were preservative free. After 8 out of 12 treatments. They switched products without informing me. They now only offered preservative Vitamin C. And would not give me my money back on the remaining 2 sessions after I had an allergic reaction to the change of product.

Here’s full account:

I purchased Vitamin C infusions here after surgery and have been a client for the last 6 months. The nurse Bre and Sophie at the front desk were always amazing and treated me very kindly. However things went south after the business changed the product they were administering without informing me. I ended up being allergic and when my lips swelled and my throat became very irritated there, I expressed concern as a cancer patient. I was told to take some Benadryl when I got home and that they would check up on me the next day. They never followed up. After making multiple calls, where the staff insisted it wasn’t an allergy I experienced. I finally got in touch with the mgr Jessica hoping for a solution and ability to switch products. She was hostile, unprofessional and completely disrespectful over the phone. She talked over me, interrupted me. She responded to the whole situation accusatory insisting on seeing pictures because she didn’t believe me. (Although the staff saw me in person?) When I asked for a refund for my remaining 2 sessions. (since they no longer have the product I signed up for). I was told that their no refund policy stands and that I could wait until they eventually get the original product in stock with no guaranteed date. I am completely dumbfounded and disgusted that a business can operate so unethically especially given my situation. Who would want to return here? After such an utter lack of integrity or professionalism. And if you see this comment please don’t respond with, “call us we would be happy to…” because you know how to contact me. I asked for the owner to call me and have yet to be contacted. I just hope no one else falls victim to their bait & switch practices and complete lack of accountability. As a cancer patient funds are tight and its sad that a business would take advantage of a person like this.
