He sent me a contract via email e-signed by him. I did not sign. He requested $500 by Zelle which I sent. Once I did, he asked for $250 in a American Express gift card for balance. Then I googled his telephone number and found this same thing has happened before (same phone number and names used). The person stated once money was sent he then requested $2k to ship puppy in special crate. He received my $500 but not the $250. I requested my money back. No response to that. He also sent me a contract via email e-signed by him. I did not sign. He goes by Benjamin, Kevin Vera, or John Hillegas.
