I was taken in by an ad last year for shoes, I filed a complaint with PayPal AND my bank and after a thorough investigation, they refunded all of my money, which was $100 or so. I did get the shoes but they were too small and not what I expected. They wanted them back and credit me $20, then $10, then $50, then $9.99. WHAT? I complained to Trust Pilot as well. After back and forth with Mooshoes and the bank and PayPal, I had to tell them I would put them out of business. I haven't seen an ad from them since. At least I got my money. You have to be persistent, folks. These people are con artists from China. First Covid, now stealing what money they can.

On 12/11/21 (and before), I saw ads from Minihooo on Facebook for a craft kit of a miniature "Flower House." As I didn't trust ordering from Facebook, I searched for the company's website and placed my order directly through their website.

On 12/11/21, I received a confirmation email from the company that included this message:

"Due to an increased volume of orders, there may be slight delays in shipping at this time. For this reason, the delivery time could currently take 15 days."

and this:

"Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number of your order so you can track your order."

My bank account shows that $65 went to Minihooo on 12/13/21.

As of 1/31/22, I have not received further information from this company, nor have I received my order.

On 12/30/21, I began inquiring about the status of my order via email and their contact form. I have not received a response.

As they were still advertising on Facebook, on 1/13/22 I found others comments saying they had not received their orders from 11/21 and early 12/21. I added my own comments saying I also had not received my order and I was promptly blocked from commenting further.

I have been in touch, via Messenger, with others who have not received their orders. Some have been able to get a refund through PayPal. Others are hopeful their orders will eventually come, despite their correspondence to Minihooo going unanswered.

I complained two different ways to Facebook and they said this company has not violated any of their policies.

I just put in a claim with my bank and hopefully will get my money back.

My experience matches yours! I ordered in November 2021 - it is now April 1st, 2022, and nothing! Grrr

Hi, I have similar experience as you. The website of Minihooo no longer exists and my credit card has been charged, so can't even request a cancellation or refund. I have tried contacting them via email, made a comment on Facebook and also submitted a query on the previously available website. I am currently seeking help from PayPal.
