I orderd 2 necklaces from this company on April 5th. They sent an email saying they were "on the way" by April 11th. They sent a tracking number and a link, when I clicked on the link it shows "USPS awaiting package." The company continued to send emails, even asking me to leave a review as to how much I liked the product. (which never arrived). I reached out and was reassured that my product would arrive between April 20-24. After April 24th, I reached out again and asked for a refund since the items never arrived. They offered a gift card plus $15 (I could even reorder the exact same thing!) but I asked for a refund. I filled out their online refund request and it was approved. Now they are telling me that they cannot issue a refund without me returning the product. (which never arrived). And they are not answering my emails. I have disputed this with my credit card company and want others to know that this company is fraudulent.

This is an online jewelry company, I was targeted by them through instagram. Their ads kept appearing. I ordered a personalized name necklace and never received it. The company will not take calls and in emails they will only say sorry for delay, we will ship soon. Later I read reviews and saw the comments on their social media pictures of other customers with same complaints. This is company is fraudulent.
