By postal mail, an enticing mail said to come for hearing test and the reward is $25 Walmart gift card. I spend 1.5 hours going to sterling va office of Dr Owen (Ph# 571-777-0924) and after the test, he said he does not know anything about the gift card but check with his secretary. The secretary said she does not have and she will mail me one soon.

It has been almost 2 months and I have been calling every week but the same routine, " let me get the supervisor to send the gift card"

but so far nothing has come to my address.

Please stop this type of misleading mail if they don't want to give the gift card.

Without gift card in mind I would not have gone for hearing test.
