Saw an add in our local newspaper for a Scott’s trimmer, looked it up on the internet. Then there was an ad for the same product at $58.90 about $25 cheaper. Put in an order. The instructions said I could use PayPal but I couldn’t find PayPal so I put the order on my Visa card. The next morning I got a message that there was something wrong and the charge hadn’t gone through. Yes there was something wrong... the charge had been honored by Visa. I tried calling both the number I showed above that I go from Visa and from their website 305-606-5372. No one answers either line. I looked at the address on Google Earth and it is a residential area, nothing that would show a large many items business. The website refers to FAQs but there are none posted. The prior complain on this business is what happened to me as well.
