Again, none of that information is visible upfront. Upon receiving a confirmation email, there was nothing there either about trial period, where to call and how much I will be charged.
Once I called they spent about 10 min trying to make me keep the subscription at any cost possible. When I asked for a refund, they finally, after much negotiation allowed me to return the second product (please send to 2 different addresses, even though we are sharing a warehouse!) and they will issue a refund with $10 restocking fee per product!! But they would not issue a refund for the first charge, nor would they admit making that charge.
I asked for the refund because I did not authorize them to make it, nor did I know the amount or that there would be one!
They keep saying that all of that information is in their terms and conditions, but I looked and did not see it.
I had to do all of this twice, because they sent me 2 jars,once from each of the sister companies: Miravie Skin and Miravie Eye. I have spent at least an hour for each call, talking to different people, finding different information with each person.
The cream is claiming to be miraculous in removing the puffiness and small wrinkles, but of course does nothing... Now I am worried about it's contents too... How could I be so trusting?
