I fell for the old Try this Trial size eye shimmer (takes away dark shadows and puffiness from under eye) for only $5.95 S&H, also got the Trial size Vitamin C Moisturizer for only $4.95 S&H. Then I discovered on 1-3-16 that the company charged me $85.95 for the eye shimmer (0.50 oz) and $89.95 for the Vitamin C !! I called separate phone #s to reach them for each product. One man gave me an address to return the Vitamin C for full refund. The other man, Joe, would only say he could refund 75% of the $85.95. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he (Jay) said if I returned the eye shimmer, I would only get back 50%!! I told him I tried the product and it doesn't work!! He insisted that I ordered it at that price and joined their "program". I informed him if they have that stated it is in "fine print" or doesn't show in their ad.
