Received email with an attached document to sign to authorize a PayPal o purchase bitcoin. There was a phone number for the Customer Support team. 866-311-3689. Called this number and spoke to a person by the name of Sam. I asked for his supervisor, (Frank *****). I was connected to another individual, (Kevin ******). I advised that this transaction was not authorized. I was told that I needed to complete a form and send it back to have the problem corrected. I refused and after several minutes was cursed at and hung up on.
