Fake business that advertises constantly on social media. Purchased a product on black Friday, was given a tracking number originating from China, and as of 1/28 I have not received products. The tracking number gives a fake status update that says "In transit, New York, NY" every 2-3 days.

Instagram page reflected the sale of razor items called Soothe and Smooth. I placed an online order. Order wasn't received, reached out via email with a return response stating due to high volume there was a delay in my order. Waited, and still nothing. Reached out again and email was returned undeliverable, and Instagram page no longer exists. I was directed to track my order utilizing Shop. Emails involved also include [email protected].

Do not purchase from Margovil Boutique on instagram or Facebook. The paid for instagram ads so they will come up on your feed. You will pay for clothing in their boutique and it will never arrive and they will email you back the same response over and over and will not issue a refund.

I bought 3 different pair of shoes, advertised on instagram with video, the shoes say they would have arrived but nothing has arrived, I asked for refund, they told me to wait 16-25 days, I started to send email every day, they returned me in 5 days 10%, then another 18e., they are missing to return 20 euro more or less, they keep answering the same, that the money will take 25 days, for now they are not sending anything, I am trying to report them by instagram and by the bank.

Company is advertising on Instagram. I Ordered product on November 18, 2024 on their website. I Never received the product. I’ve contacted the company three times asking for a refund and they continue to reply stating they are working with the shipper company to determine why I haven’t received the product. When replying to me they are using a Gmail.com email, as follows: [email protected] with the name: Amman Sumanth, which is not a company email address.

I purchased a touchscreen calendar that was advertised via social media ad marketing. I paid via credit card and provided my name and address for shipping. I received a confirmation email from a company named At home-us which included an order number and tracking information via 17Track. The order showed that the shipping origin was China. The tracking information finally showed delivered but the product had not arrived. The email contact for service/support provided in the confirmation email was " [email protected]", which is a fake address. Clicking on the "View our Store" link in the email takes you to a web address or "https://www.radiantt.live/".
