My daughter, Emma Rios ordered a swim bag which cost $52.44 on July 9, 2023 with the order #15557. The website www.misportsus.com charged her card, but never received any confirmation about the item ordered. As of today, July 31, 2023, she has not received the item. We have contacted the website online twice and have not heard from them at all. The website does not have any contact information such as an email or a phone number. The only way to contact them is to fill out a question on their website.
