I have never visited missguided’s website or heard of them until I checked my bank statement. There was a $48 charge made to my checking account. They don’t have a phone number. I tried issuing the chat online. I explained that my card had been charged by them. They made no effort to help. All they wanted was my checking account info. I am not giving my banking info. So I basically have no prior emails as in an order or anything from them but yet they charged me $48. I asked for someone to call me, and that hasn’t happened.

I ordered from the misguided website spent 72 dollars they sent it but the shipping company dhl sent it to another house and can’t retrieve it so they said I’m out of luck won’t refund or send a new package out

I ordered from them on Nov. 27, Received a shipping notification and a tracking number. The tracking number did no exist when i typed it in. After about 7 days of my item not moving and still having the same tracking info, i decided to contact them via DM on instagram. They replied and told me that my package hasn't been scanned since Dec. 2 and that they would classify it as a "lost" package... They then told me that 2/3 items i ordered are now out of stock, so i checked their website. They were still in stock, In my size and everything. I told them this, and they said "We're real sorry to hear that the website says they are available, we can give you a refund or re-despatch- what would you prefer?" I told them i want a re-despatch because tons of other people have been complaining that they never give you back your full refund, or never send you another package! They even send you the incorrect order. Other people have also claimed that missguided says they "lost their package"... how do you just happen to lose hundreds of people's packages? This is the first time i have shopped with them because i loved all of their stuff, i even saved up for two months so that i could buy stuff from them. I wish i had read the reviews first, but i didn't expect them to be bad. This needs to be ended! I'm going to be so disappointed if i never receive my items because my money would be going straight into their company and i receive nothing in return. It's sad honestly. I hope you guys can put an end to this. Thank you.

I'd placed an order but returned it due to defects. It has been more than two weeks and they have yet to credit my account. They kept asking for more days to process it.

The second issue I have with this company is an unauthorized charge to my account because they had my credit card information. Again, I had asked for them to reverse the charge but they kept giving me the run around.

The two reference numbers are MG688285X and MG697375X

I returned items to them and had not received my refund weeks later. So I check its tracking number and it said that the items has been received by this fraudulent company, so I emailed them and send screenshots proving that I returned the items and that they had received them and they told me that they will not process my refund. They basically told me tough luck, too bad, have a nice day. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They basically stole my money. Please warn others about this scam.
