208-444-6385, David Myers ( is what he says his name is) , has been contacting my father for over 2 weeks stating that he has won a new car BMW, and $50 million dollars. Needing a screenshot of a blank check so that he can verify that the account is open and current. I have been dealing with my father falling for all these scams for the last 4 years. I have taken away his debit card, took his checkbook. and have had all the mail forwarded to my address so that I can keep up with what and if he is trying to do anything. Mr. Myers called me at 10 o'clock last night to talk to me about it, since I have a POA over my father. I told him that I didn't have anything to talk to him about at this time of night. Well, here it is 7/27/23 and this man has called me a total of 23 times wanting to verify I got the contract from him., I have to "Keep this a secret and NOT tell anyone". It drives me insane how people can be so persisting of wanting this and that, and me knowing this is a scam. I told dad, if you won $50 million, then just tell him to take $1 million for himself so that he doesn't have to work and then send you the rest of the money! People these days, target others that will fall for anything, and my father is one of those people.
