The "company" got into touch with me, but it was ten years ago so I do not remember how they did so. During that 10 years I made an approximately $30 a month payment and provided the "company" with all my PII via tax information as they were supposed to be assisting with reducing student loan debts. My student loans were never touched by this company. I only ever talked to 1 person in the whole "company" and she began calling and texting non-stop stating that I owed them money. Additionally, I began to be contacted by another "credit collector" but when they I attempted to rectify what I thought was a valid debt I found that this "collector" was asking me to make a cashapp (or the like) payment directly to the one live person I ever spoke to from National Student Servicing.
