they sent me an email stating that i had a 30 day probation period, and i would be paid through mail. no check was in the mail. that stopped contact a week prior to me supposed to be being paid. i got into a car accident while trying to deliver a package and i was 31 weeks pregnant, all numbers are disconnected. the email will not answer. i will be trying to contact a lawyer to sue or something

I was contacted by a company calling themselves Mitexp Inc. I was offered a position titled order processor. They would ship me products I was to open the packages, inspect the contents, and repack then ship them to the customers. I was offered a 30 day probationary period at then end of I was to be paid by papercheck, sent to my home the last day of the probation was May 22. They claimed to have sent it but it never arrived, I contacted them via email and they assured me they sent it and it must have been lost in transit so they sent me a second check. Well now two weeks later it too hasnt arrived and now when I email no one responds, all the numbers theyve given me have been disconnected and the website is completely down. I believe this to be a scam.

I was offered a job with mitexp inc who clams to be a shipping company. They offered me a temporary position as order selector. They contacted me via email I accepted the job believing it to be real after completing a job interview via phone. They would ship me products I would inspect the shipment then repackage and sent to the address they provided. After my probationary period was over they were to send me a paper check in the mail. Ive never received this check Its been over a month and I cannot get in contact with anyone they website I applied on its down and not functioning and all of the numbers given seem to be disconnected.

I'm reporting MitEXP fulfillment corporation as a scam which I was targeted. With this being said, I'm about to be evicted and being homeless. I was offered employment on 4/26/2024 and I have all the contracts and emails and corresponding documents that I had signed before my "employment", and I was promised to be paid for services rendered of $3350.00 which I never received. I had to give my personal information including my social security number and address to complete my application of employment.

I was apart of the “order selector” team, for a probationary period of 30 days once my first order I received was processed and delivered through the company.

I was told to fill in a W9 form to be on payroll as stated by the companies payroll team. The entire process seemed very professional and 100 percent legitimate. Now that my probationary period is completed, I was told that a paper check was sent to me on June 5th. I have yet to receive anything in the mail. After all this time, I have wasted over a month to a fraudulent company shipping packages for people and like stated before, everything seemed just fine. There weren’t any discrepancies up until the end of my probation period. The so called payroll team has yet to respond to emails asking where the check can be tracked from and they’ve put the Control Center website that I used to monitor orders on hold and I am not even able to login into my account through the company. The site now keeps updating saying it’s conducting maintenance however the website keeps going further and further as the days go by.

I’ve wasted valuable time trying to work from home, and now I believe I’ve been lied to, and now I don’t know what to do from here other than file this complaint and hopefully these people can be shut down. They’ve done this to other people I’m sure because on a website review another person has stated that they have ceased all communication with them shortly after saying they were going to get paid. This is just very frustrating and sad at the same time.

I truly believed this was a proper job and everything because during the time was working, the company control site I used for orders worked just fine and was easy to complete. I would take my packages/orders to FedEx to have shipped and would have to send photos of the receipt through the website ensuring delivery. Hopefully those people at least received their packages, because it would be sad they did not.

I even had to sign documents saying where I was located here in Texas and they had my email to communicate with the people working on payroll. This is a VERY elaborate scam and I hope they don’t get any more people!
