I went to the website Julia hair.com to order hair as a birthday gift for myself I placed the order the money was deducted from my prepaid chime card to pay for the hair I requested information from the automated chat robot to find out how to track my package

I was provided a response that included a tracking number for my order when I went to track my package with the tracking number provided to me the tracking number was not found I researched a little further about the tracking number and found out that the tracking number came from an app by the name 17 track that also listed the tracking number as unavailable and unknown. After learning of this information I believe that this business is a scamming business that is not truly a business I'm trying to find out if this is a business truly and there's a mistake that I'm just not getting help with or if this is a scam and how to go about getting my money back if it's possible to get my money back even
