Charging My CashApp Without Consent
I was sent a pair of rip off air buds via mail for the cost of shipping (which was paid in full) and did in fact receive those earbuds. But now, out of nowhere, there will be attempts to collect $109.88 on my CashApp for what? I have no idea, but it certainly was not authorized by me. Please help me get them to stop. My wife and I operate a small, local business from home and we use our CashApps often when conducting business. The last thing I need is some dimwitted criminal company getting their hands on MY money/personal information. Please help,
With hopes,
Tyler Lawrence

Scam!
I ordered True Tone Buds advertised for $9.99. I also paid $7.83 for a case and 3 year warranty. I received them pretty quickly and the left one was defective. I called the number on the email receipt and they supposedly sent a replacement. I haven't yet received it but my credit card company alerted me today to an unauthorized charge of $109.88 and they declined it (thank goodness). NOWHERE did it say that I would be charged anything additional. I am reporting them to BBB. This is a scam, stay away. Reference "[email protected]" and MKC onlinestore.

I received a request from what looked like CenturyLink to complete a survey and to receive a reward for doing so. I stupidly did that and at the end, there was a list of products to choose from for a gift. I choose sound pods. The pods came and a month later I received a bill for $109 because my trial period was over. When I called the company, they told me that in the terms and conditions, the trial period was mentioned. I didn't read those terms so was surprised when the charge to my credit card was made. I called and they were unwilling to refund the charge until I told them I would report them to the BBB. Then they offered to let me keep the pods and refund $70. That means the product I thought was a gift was now $30. I am sending them back to Tampa, FL and they tell me they will refund the full amount. It still remains to be seen if I will get the refund. Don't answer surveys!!!
