I order a hat from this site. A week after ordering they sent me an email saying they're still waiting on payment. I respond with receipts showing payment was already made and taken from my account. They then made some excuse that they overlooked it and now see that I indeed made the payment. A few days later they email me saying they shipped my package out several days ago but were informed that the parcel got lost. They no longer have my item in stock and wanted to send me a different item. I told them no and to refund me my money. I never heard from them again. Do not order anything from them.
