BUYER BEWARE. SELLER M&M Tool and Machinery in Salt Lake City, is advertising sale items online and won’t complete the sale. SELLER posted discontinued item on sale (noted as Obsolete, but not “Unavailable" on website), BUYER purchased item online, payment made by BUYER, SELLER accepted credit card payment and sent confirming transaction receipt, then refused to complete the sale by cancelling order and refunding payment. BUYER wants item at sales price or comparable item, not refund. SELLER refuses to discuss. Seems like classic BAIT AND SWITCH….Customer lured to website through Google search for sale item, BUYER purchases and SELLER refuses. BUYER BEWARE
