MNA Healthcare LLC imposter Reports & Reviews (6)

I was contacted via text by a Ms. Jennifer Loh, a "senior recruiter" at MNA Healthcare, LLC. She wanted to schedule an interview for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Representative position. I was told I needed to download the Telegram app and then contact Mrs. Tiffani Durow, one of the Hiring Managers. And they gave me her telegram link.
I downloaded the app, found this Tiffani and text to schedule an interview. She started in right away with the interview and I told her I couldn't do it right then, I thought I was just scheduling the interview. We arranged to have the text interview at 4:30pm. I text her at 4:25pm saying I was there and ready when she was, but no response. I waited about 20 minutes and nothing. At 5:18am the next day, I get a message from her just saying "good morning how are you doing today". She sent a weird message after my response, and then I asked if we could schedule a time for that interview. I thought it was all a little odd, but then didn't know if this sort of thing was normal for virtual positions.
We arranged again for an interview at 4:30pm again. I got on, and nothing. Sixteen minutes later she finally appears and starts the interview. No apologies for missing yesterday's interview or being late to todays. Rude.

She began again saying who she was and her position and said she wanted to know more about me to help "categorize" me and how best to interview me. She asked for my full name, age, and current location. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to ask for someone's age in an interview. I only gave my first and last name, not middle, didn't say my age, and just gave a general geographical location, not my actual city.

She went through the process of sharing about the company, and then listed out position responsibilities, and then asked me a bunch of typical interview questions. She shared the position was strictly online, 35-40 hours per week that I could schedule anytime within Monday-Friday. Pay was $35 per hour, training and orientation would be $18 an hour and would be getting paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and check payment. The position also had all the usual benefits.

After I answered her interview questions, she tells me that she thinks I'm the right candidate for this job, but my answers need to be reviewed before further steps can be carried out, and told me to stay close to my device on standby. I asked her quite a few questions related to the job, most of which she answered, but when I asked specific questions related to duties or what was being sold, she just said everything would be explained clearly to me before being carried out.

Then after about 5 minutes, she comes back on and says I've been confirmed qualified for the position, the paperwork would be sent via email and I would seen to sign and scan them back to the company email address. She then tells me I would need a whole bunch of software, a certified time tracker, a 4 in one copier/printer, bar-code printer, 4 drawer cabinet/mini desk and a MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. Funds would be provided to me by the company and they are budgeting $5000. Tiffani said after the company's accounting department issued a check, she would refer me to the closest vendor at my location to get the materials, and I would need to keep receipts to send them. And there would also be a $100 training bonus.

It all seemed a little odd to me, and was moving really fast, but I thought maybe since this was a virtual position, this type of thing was normal for interviews. After looking into things, came across this website and saw others had a similar experience. So frustrating!

I applied on Talent.com, for a work from home position for customer service representative. I received an email the next day about a match with my resume and the same day, which was on a Monday, I received a text message stating they were form MNA Healthcare LLC and they came across my resume on Talent.com and would like to proceed to interview me. However their interview process is a 2 set messaging process due to Covid restrictions. The recruiter asked me if I had Wire App (a secure portal for messaging and uploading personal information) so I proceeded in the interview process, also had sent me an application form and w4 form. Making it more realistic, I even googled the name and it did come out and also in Florida. The phone number that started with text messaging me is from Florida, so here I thought this was a real job. Until the person I was messaging told me that I would have to deposit a check into my bank account in order to get the equipment. She stated that she would send me a check via email and I had to scan and upload it on my bank app and go to a vendor near where I live to purchase the equipment. In my experience, working from home, The company always has provided the equipment or I use my own equipment. After I sent in all my personal information, I never heard from them again. I goggled MNA Healthcare LLC and I spoke to the receptionist and she confirmed with me that they are one of the companies that was hacked in May 2021, and I would need to report them. So I recommend if you use online recruiters such as Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Talent.com please do your research and always ask to speak to someone, not text messages.

I had the same experience except the recruiter was Nayeli Matts and I went as far as signed the contract and depositing a check via my banking app and sending the deposit slip. I then started second guessing myself and started looking online and found this page. I also called MNA Healthcare directly and was told this is a scam. I let the woman know that I figured it out and she insisted by asking if the funds were available. I sent her a copy of these messages and that's the last I heard. I let my bank know to remove the deposit and just pray that since she knows I am aware that nothing will go further. I feel like a gullible [censored].

I was contacted via text from a 541-871-8513 number , saying that they got my number off of indeed.com . So everything is via text I answered the questions , and started getting suspect when the feedback did not make any sense. I was told that the interview manager James Helinton would be making contact and to download wire business messenger, and was given a code. By this time I knew something was up. Told me the job was part time 16 hours, I would make my own time , just as long as it was done by the time that it needed to be done. The job pays 35 a hour. Me being me I decided to make contact with this Mr. Helinton. He ask me all of the questions as if it was a real interview and his typing made not sense. He sent me a company website to check out and when it was close to the end he ask me my information again I gave my name, dob, address, and email , so that a email would be sent to me this morning ( and it was) he then ask me for my bank name , now I was not dumb enough to give that or my social security, I told him that I do not have a bank account and that I do everything with a prepaid card. I could tell that he got mad and stop texting me and then came back and said that I would need to get one. He told me that would be all for today and ended the conversation with ALRIGHT. The next day I got an email from [email protected] . It contain a W4, welcome letter and an offer with the salary on it and an application. I have not filled anything out because I was still searching to see of this is real.100 W. Cypress Creek Road

Same situation as a above. after posting my resume I got a text (?) From someone claiming to be a temporary recruiter from MNA healthcare LLC, who told me to download Wire App for an interview. Claimed her name was McKenzie Aldridge but sounded like a bot, or potentially English as a Second Language which is why I wasn't sure at first if it was real.

Thanks to the other scam reporter for making it easy to confirm! I thought the texts seemed odd. After requesting to confirm it wasn't a scam, there was no response at all. It tried calling, it rang 4 times before going to an automated voice system that said "The person you are calling is on the phone, please leave a voice message" so that's not good. Lol

Number was (321) 285-2821

Reached out to me a day after my postings on job boards and agencies for a position as office assistant via email. Then redirected to interview over Wire app. Unfortunately, I did not investigate enough even though I had some inkling that something was not quite right. After three days of conversations about banking, check deposits, company equipment, office equipment and they even tried to get me to purchase and unlocked IPhone12max and send it to them via FedEx to "load" their software.

THIS IS A SCAM. The two key names I was corresponding with are ******** ******** and ******* ******* The company, MNA Healthcare LLC located in Ft. Lauderdale is a legitimate company and their employees are ONLY IN-HOUSE. MNA Healthcare LLC does not hire remote positions for their company. My lesson learned here is to slow down, thoroughly research the company & call to confirm if they are indeed hiring remotely before accepting employment. Unfortunately, I was naive and sent my personal information and now I am researching and contacting federal agencies to inform them of this. I saved all of the correspondence and will forward to any federal agency that would like it.
