Bought mSpy to monitor child's iphone 13. Website said compatible with my phone. Didnt work an when I contacted the customer service, I was told product does not work on iphone 13 (which was not mentioned anywhere in the website. They sent a link to a webpage almost identical to the public refund page, but with a line adding the incompatibility with iphone 13. When i re-checked the online refund page, that line for iphone 13 was not there. They issue a bogus webpage to refuse my refund. I called this deliberate scam out to them, and got offered 25% refund, then 50% refund for a one year subscription which I refused. I told them if I don't receive 100% of the refund, I will post their scam wherever I can online and complain to BBB.
