Paid for phone unlocking service. They just send you auto generated emails saying "This is a brief email to let you know we are aware your unlock is taking too long. We have now prioritised your case.

Your order will be resolved in the next few days". You get emails weekly saying the same thing. Refunds are not possible due to the service has already been started. To this day nothing has been done to complete this service. If you email them, they just say that if you want to cancel the service you will not get a refund due to the unlocking service has been started.

After the initial $14.99 which I thought was to unlock my phone - tricky. MobileUnlocks then sent me an email requesting a $50 payment to unlock the phone - saying that the $14.99 was just payment for an initial evaluation to see if the phone could be unlocked. I read reviews and it seemed this was legitimate. So, I emailed them asking for assurance that if I payed the $50 my phone would indeed be unlocked. They said yes. I paid. I now have an email 2 days after saying that I have a $800 something bill with AT&T so they can't unlock it; but they can settle it for less... I know very well I have no bill with AT&T. This is a SCAM!
