I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a poly gel starter kit for $19.95. I immediately received a confirmation email stating that it would be shipped within 4-7 days and I would be notified with shipping information. I have never received another email from them even with multiple requests using their contact form on their website, as well as sending 2 responses to the confirmation email. There is no phone number listed on their website to call. It is now a little over a month later, and still nothing from them.

Went to a website that was advertised for nail products ordered the nail products and didn’t get a tracking number right away. I went to the website woke up contact information which I found and emailed the company. They emailed me back asking for an order number which I gave with screenshots and they emailed me back stating that it was a scam website.
