Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I received a Cashier's Check for $2457.50 and a letter from Walmart Service Management Group. I am going to attach a copy of the letter. They told me to take the cashier's check to my bank and cash it. If they wouldn't let me cash it to deposit it. then go to Walmart and get 4-$500 Vanilla Visa Gift cards. They told me to keep $400 for my salary and $37.50 miscellaneous expenses. Then they told me they liked to give back so to go to the bank and get a Cashier's Check for $20 and make it out to Care USA Foundation. Then they told me to call as soon as I got the Visa gift cards and they would tell me what to go back to the store and buy with the cards. I called the bank that the Cashier's Check is wrote off of to verify the Cashier's Check. They told me that it was fake. The Cashier's check # was issued to someone else. If I had deposited it or cashed it at my bank, when it came back as counterfeit, they would be looking to me for the money and I could have even been charged for presenting a fake document. So I just want everyone to know so they can be aware of this fraud.
