Posing as Moco Boutique on social media. Purchased items that I never received. Their customer service claimed it was lost and re-sent but that didn’t arrive either. Then they claimed to provide a 70% refund which was a lie. Company name on credit card statement was chic clothing fhk in Hong Kong

I had been seeing an advertisement on Instagram for weeks, and finally decided to check it out. The clearance price was too good to pass up. I opted to order 3 pairs of the pants at $9.99 each, with $9 shipping fee. Totaling $39.87 on December 8, 2023. I received order confirmation on the same day as well as an email from onlyress.com (Judy Blue) stating they could only hold my items in my cart for 24 hours. I thought that odd, but since I got an order confirmation I overlooked it. On December 9 I received an email notification that my items had been shipped with a tracking number HYD110018440QN to be entered on the website track718.us, which never worked. I communicated on December 27 via email that I could not get an update on my order. I never got a reply so I communicated again on January 7 that I wanted an update. I received a reply on January 12. It stated that because I was a valued customer, they would expedite another order and would I be willing to sign for it. I accepted. On January 14 they emailed me stating they could not update the original tracking number with the new shipment. But should I want a new tracking number I needed to let them know within 3 business days, which I immediately requested. I received an email to let me know my package got lost in transit, and shipped me a new package. They provided a new tracking number on the new shipment but with no link to check on the order status. On January 18 I received another email stating the exact information but with a new tracking number but no link to check the status. On January 19 I received another email with a new tracking number with a link to www.818track.com. I emailed to check on the status once again on January 31 to communicate that although the tracking number indicated the package had been delivered, I never received it. I demanded a full refund On February 2 I received an email stating they would refund only 70% of my expense, which I immediately disputed. On February 3 I received another email stating I would receive a full refund but it would take another 15-20 days to process. I’m now waiting a full refund, which I suspect will never come.

They advertised on Instagram as MoCo Boutique and said they were having an end of year clearance sale. I purchased three items, they sent tracking information and a link to track. When the package said delivered and it wasn’t, I contacted them and they said they would resend so I gave them a new address. When that didn’t arrive, they said there was a problem with delivery in my area and they could refund me 70%. I said there was no problem in my area and they said they would refund me 100% within 15-25 days.

Via Facebook or Instagram I clicked on a site purporting to be Moco Boutique, a legitimate store, offering jeans at a deep discount. I made a purchase of $39.78 with my debit card and shortly thereafter received an email with tracking information. The items appeared to be coming from China which threw up red flags. After 3wks I reached out via email and they replied and there were more red flags. The day they replied my tracking info was magically updated. The package was "delivered" which of course it was not. I did reach out to the legitimate company who said they have filed complaints with FB and IG urging them to take down the scam sites but they are still up there. A google search shows I am not the only one who foolishly fell victim. The old saying, if it seems too good to be true, it always is.

Linked from an Advertisement on Facebook. Used business name of Moco Boutique, used pictures and other features of Moco Boutique. Only after purchase made and email receipt received did the name Onlyress appear in the email contact information. Email still came with the sender as Moco Boutique. Reached out and did get response from email address [email protected]. Was sent additional tracking information after I notified them that the tracking information I received on my original order confirmation was not working. New tracking information did eventually show receipt in my town and a few days later delivery, but no detailed delivery information to verify address and no package was received.

Onlyress used MOCO Boutique logos and pictures and advertised as a sale. Thankfully I caught on after I made the purchase and my receipt came from onlyress.com and not MOCO Boutique and filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Onlyress issued a fraud tracking ID, continued to update it with fraud tracking statuses and then of course a fraud delivery notification, as nothing was ever shipped.
