Placed an order. Says it was delivered, reached out and told them it wasn't. They promised to send another order that was also not delivered. I received an email saying they would refund 70% because they have lost money too.

I bought a few pairs of Judy Blue jeans in December from an online boutique advertising on facebook. They were on sale and seemed like a good deal. After months, the jeans never came. I reached out to the email address the order confirmation came from and received replies back each time saying that my order was shipped from overseas and was caught in customs. Then I received a box with a ring in it from XBR in Hillsboro, OR that I did not order. I disputed the charge with my bank.

The scammer used a reputable company, MOCO Boutique, as a front for sales. Unfortunately, they are not MOCO Boutique, but a company called OnlyRess. They are fraudulently running ads on facebook under the nane MOCO BOUTIQUE, a reputable USA based company. They also use a fake tracking website to make it appear your order has been sent and delivered, but no product arrived.
