I purchased a pair of jeans from their website. I always read the return policy first, as you cannot tell fit and sizing. The policy only states they will require photos to initiate a return first. I do all of that because the jeans do not fit. They respond that they will only give me 10% back... NO WHERE in that policy does it state that. I am not willing to accept $4.00 on a $40.00 item, that's lunacy. The jeans are unworn with the original packaging because they do not fit...
