This is a total scam. Do not buy from these people or spend even one penny. These people promise great customer service, but that is the biggest joke of all. It is terrible to say the least. My wife ordered clothes from this website, we did get clothes, but they were not the right size and were just made terrible and funny. No body would where clothes like these. So we emailed them to return the clothes and they wanted to know why so we told them. That was back in June, and we have heard nothing from them since then. Not one email at all, and I have sent one almost every 2 weeks, and still nothing. So do yourself a favor and do not buy from them. They seem to have taken my money, so don’t let them take yours.

I ordered 2 blouses 1 sweater and 1 pent, none of them did not match with what I saw in commercials. Order#44021. After 5 letters Including pictures of the items on my body with request to return my money, the answers was the same, like they can not give me my money back. Conversations were going back and forth during almost 5 months.
Date of the order march and so far there is no proper answer.
Now I am telling to everybody: do not trust this compony and to not buy anything from them. I think that I lost my money:$95.00.

MODBUTTON.COM is an online scam. After a FB friend liked their site on FB, I decided to order from the website. That was a big mistake on my part! I ordered a blouse and a dress with an overlay jacket. ($67.97) After almost three weeks, I sent an email asking about my order which was supposed to be delivered in 3-7 business days. I waited to contact them because of the COVID issue. I never received a reply to my email but finally about 1 week later, I received this small package with a paper thin, cheaply made, wrong sized blouse and a flimsy dress/jacket combo that had red marker showing through the material. When I went back to their website, my password no longer worked so I couldn't access anything on the site for a return. They don't have a phone contact number so I couldn't talk to a human. I contacted my credit card company, sent them the little information that I had. They returned my money.I also completed a complaint form with Trustpilot. I am still receiving emails from various "persons" (each time it is a different name) telling me that I cannot return the clothing because it is past the 15 day return policy. This is after NOT receiving any emails at all until I emailed them and told them that I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and had completed a Trustpilot form. I should have researched this company before I ordered anything from them.
