I ordered 2 small ice machines that cost 25 dollars a piece. Instead of sending me my ice machines they sent ice trays I contacted the company an they been giving me the run around on refunding my money. I don't want anyone else to fall into this scam.

I also received an ice tray instead of the ice machine and they refuse to take care of it. At first I thought the package was lost after it stated it was delivered until I read these comments and realized the mystery ice tray I got was from them. Total scam

By reading the other complaints I know that the ice making machine is a scam because I too ordered the ice making machine for $30 and they sent me an ice tray. I alson bought the drill with 6 interchangeable ends and they sent me a kit to fix eyeglasses with. They have give me the runaround for 3 months. Want me to agree to take $10 refund and keep the merchandise. I'll still be in the hole for $40

Had ordered a Ice Nuggett Machine got a confirmation email stating my ice machine was in the process of being shipped waited a month recieved a ice tray not a ice machine contacted seller was told I needed to send ice tray back but due to cost to send back would i accept a 4.00 dollar refund I paid 30.oo for a item I did not get got a ice tray worth 1.00. Keep getting run around from this company. If they want ice tray back they need to send prepaid shipping label to send back.

Was ordering a "nugget ice machine for countertop" for 30.98. Received a small plastic ice tray. When contacted to issue a refund or exchange I was told:

Dear Customer

We are so sorry to hear that. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Don’t worry, we will try our best to solve this out for you.

To save time and effort of customers and us. We would like to offer you a $4 refund as compensation.

Due to the cost of returning postage, which is not worth it to return it back to us. Before you make your final decision, you may check with your local post office for the postage that cost.
