I purchased security bulb cams a wifi booster and a sim card for the cams it was a bundle pack that I never received even with a tracking number the post office could not locate the package this was purchased in late January I have been waiting for a refund for my non existent product and even sent them the letter from the post office at first the representative was helpful and stated I would receive my refund in 5 to 7 business days, however it never came I gave it a couple of weeks before I called customer service back this time the representative was a lady who I believe I kept speaking to but pretended to be a different representative also I need to mention they would never transfer me to a supervisor now this time she stated that I received the product and wanted to give me a tracking number I already had so I could check online also stating that they were having difficulty with the post office and the so called product return she took my information and told me a supervisor would call me back shortly never happened so I called again this time a women told me they fixed the problem but I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days but I would have my refund so I waited 9 days than called back the representative told me it would be in my bank account on Friday may 14 due to that being the 10th business day unfortunately that was once again a no go it never showed up so I called them again this time same representative tried to tell me I was due no refund because I received the product would not transfer we me to a supervisor and just kept repeating about wanting to give me my tracking number that I have due to me going in person to the post office and getting documentation from the post office stating no such package can be found she was persistent and very uneducated on my situation I knew she was lying because she never asked for any of my information to open my file, finally I called my bank and have them looking into it they actually took more money than they were suppose to total charges are about $400.00
