On Christmas eve day, 2 of the items arrived. One, a little red automatic train and two, a amazing bubble ball. The packing on the train was damaged or actually dented in. Both products looked like I could have bought them from Cheep are US. The bubble ball was $49.99. It was impossible to insert the stem, or plastic blow up device, into the ball. The insertion site was inconspicuously sealed ! I realized right then, this was likely going to be a huge scam or issue. I sent another e-mail to them detailing my dissatisfaction with the products and also informed 3 items had not YET arrived. In this e-mail I informed I wanted a full refund of the products as now it was way past Christmas and I did not want them anymore. I asked how to process this information through the system. Again, the reply was identical to the first e-mail reply. It detailed only tracking information and nothing else was acknowledged.
On Jan 4th, a package arrived. In this package was 2 additional items, both horribly sub standard, esp. the children's magic luminous drawing board. On line this items looked like a top notch product. What arrived was a flimsy piece of actual cardboard literally with dents all across the surface. These items are basically junk!
On Jan 5th, I decided to do a Google search, (way past when this should have occurred) to legitimize the products and company. There were a few postings, all pointing to the fact this was a SCAMMER site with sub standard products- cheep, defective, and more over hugely OVERPRICED. A few consumers also indicated being scammed, as was I. Also, I have called the company's listed phone # numerous times. The voice mail indicates the company is "closed" and this greeting occurs whenever you call during day hours. Likely as there is NO one there. I sent another e-mail again today, now spelling out specifically my dissatisfaction (in each way) and basically calling them out as SCAMMERS. At this point, a few hours later, there is no reply.
Return policy- illegitimate company states refunds only offered up to 30 days- nice, when your product hasn't even arrived! Incidentally, the item yet to arrive is the most expensive item I ordered! When I look up the tracking information, it states it is in a process facility in Chicago, on Dec. 29th, however this hasn't moved in days.
So, evidentially, I have made a huge mistake, error in judgement, etc. PLEASE POST this ASAP so others do not fall for this trap. Also, the company's face page of the Web site still indicates "Black Friday" specials. Yep, true!
Honestly, this is WOLF in SHEEP'S clothing.
