The Power Pro Energy saving product was falsely advertised as an Elon Musk invention. Advertisement posted an Elon Musk photo holding the Power Saver advertised as a blocker of unused electricity - potentially cutting your monthly electricity bill in half. It is a scam: not an Elon Musk invention nor will it reduce your electric bill. I sent an email to [email protected] to cancel order and received a customer service response the order was already shipped stating I have 90 days to return for a full refund. Yesterday, I received my order, called customer service to confirm return address. Their response: "let's make a deal" we can offer a 50% refund, and when I refused - a 75% refund, when I didn't except that offer, warned I would have to pay a restocking fee. I returned product and have notified my credit card company to dispute charges. Given the extensive advertisements posted on social media, it's likely more consumers will be alerting the Better Business Bureau of this scam.
